In this paper, firstly, the Shannon channel capacity is briefly stated, and the relationship between it and the signal uncertainty principle is analyzed in order to prepare for deriving the formula which can break through the Shannon channel capacity. Then, as practical examples of breaking the Shannon channel capacity, the time-shift non-orthogonal multicarrier modulation technology (TS-NMT) and the time frequency pulse time delay multicarrier modulation technology (TFP-TDMC) are introduced. After more than twenty years of development, this technique is proved to be a practical modulation technique for digital communication. At the end of the paper, a hypothesis about the physical nature of information is proposed.
