Based on the CFD simulation of the axial flow fan for air conditioning, a flexible and fast deformation model of axial flow fan is established in this paper. The influence of different fan design parameters on the performance of axial flow fan under different working conditions, such as different speed, air volume and pressure, is studied. A set of intelligent optimization platform for axial flow fan is formed and the performance of a certain type of fan is optimized under the working condition of 22000m3/h flow rate.
