This article discusses the process of implementation of RC4 encryption algorithm in the field of Quantum information i.e., Quantum version of classical RC4 approach. Quantum cryptography is the prime member of Quantum information theory. One of the Quantum key distribution (QKD) protocol say BB84 is used to implement classical RC4 in to Quantum regime for secure communication. The Qubit uploader circuit based on classical (binary) bits for initialization of Quantum states is presented. The Qubit uploader circuit is implemented using Toffoli gates to upload four classical bits into three Qubits state. The working of RC4 for Qubit (Quantum data) is presented with one letter of Devanagari script say :. The process of successful en- cryption and decryption of message data : with Quantum version of RC4 logic for secure communication is presented.
