This article investigates the stability problem of time-delay coupled memristor reaction diffusion neural networks(DCMRNN). First, we give a delayed memris-tor reaction-diffusion neural network model. Then, a delay coupled memristor reaction diffusion neural network is obtained through linear coupling. Then, using Green’s formula and inequality techniques, an extended Lyapunov functional method is used to construct appropriate Lyapunov functional, and sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the stability of DCMRNN; Finally, the effectiveness of the results was verified through two numerical examples.
