Virtual Reality (VR) technology has gained significant traction in educational settings worldwide, with its potential to revolutionize the learning experience. This experimental research article explores the current landscape of VR in education in India, focusing on its implementation, challenges, and outcomes. We conducted a comprehensive study involving educators, students, and VR developers to assess the efficacy of VR technology in Indian classrooms. Our findings suggest that while VR holds great promise for enhancing education in India, there are several hurdles that must be overcome to fully harness its potential.
