A six-year-old male Bichon Frise presents with a large head mass, intermittent nasal bleeding, and copious mucus discharge. Imaging examination shows that the mass fills the nasopharynx and frontal sinuses and invades the skull. Through histopathological biopsy, it is diagnosed as nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (NA) . Reports of dogs with this disease are quite rare. During the diagnosis process of nasopharyngeal masses in dogs, this disease should be entirely considered and differentiated.
