This research study has undergone ethical review and approval from the Institutional Review Boards of the University of Abuja in Abuja, Nigeria; Akwa Ibom State Health Research Ethics Committee in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria; and New York University Grossman School of Medicine, New York, U.S.A., to ensure the protection of participants' rights and well-being.
