2.1 Epidemiology of sports injury and risk factors
The internal risk factors and external risk factors leading to sports injury were tested and screened. With the development of football, the deepening of offensive and defensive conflicts, the increasing competitiveness of athletes, and the formation of the competition has gradually developed. In the evolution of the competition formation, the competitive positions of athletes are also divided slightly according to the different division of labor of athletes in different fields[7]. Different competitive positions have different requirements on the athletes' physical, technical, tactical and psychological abilities[8]. And the occurrence of sports injury and athletes' physical quality, in this study, endurance quality is assessed as the risk factors of sports injury of college students, may be difficult to ensure the continuity and system of training, causing their endurance quality decline, relatively weak, and in the game or training process, when athletes by serious physical requirements, contact and collision is likely to lead to sports injury[9–10]。
During the course of the competition, the athletes constantly receive various information stimuli from inside and outside the field, and then classify these information stimuli, make their own decisions, while supplementing the corresponding technical and tactical behaviors. However, in the process, if the athlete is distracted, individuals will pay excessive attention to these unimportant stimuli, while hindering the athletes' attention to the important stimuli, thus increasing the likelihood of accidental injury[11]。Green B[12]Studies show that increasing the mental training content such as imagery training, self-suggestion training and relaxation training before and during training can effectively reduce the incidence of motor injury. In a game, football players must have to speed, turn and stop to complete passes and catch. Therefore, the warm-up activity before the game is very important. The preparation activity should activate every muscle of the athlete's body. Get put into the game faster, if the preparation activity is insufficient, the body will be stiff, and the number of sports injuries will increase[13]。
2.2 Prevention countermeasures of football sports injury in universities
China's campus football sports is now in the development stage, the sports team is relatively strong, but only the sports training team, the sports education team, the school team have exclusive coaches for management and training. The construction of college football teachers is particularly important in the development of campus football[14]. Increase the number of football coaches to ensure that all college football players can receive scientific football training, and professional game guidance is an important part in the prevention of football injury on college campus. According to the relevant data, more than half of the football courts have varying degrees of wear, and the field particle filling is not up to standard. On such a field, there are still a large number of students playing daily football, daily training or competition, and in such a poor field sports, for a long time, will cause great wear and tear on the knees of the athletes' knee[15]. Only well-equipped facility athletes can conduct scientific and systematic training and improve their football skills. Complete football equipment can reduce the probability of athletes being injured during a football match.
When campus football players participate in the game, they often pay great attention to the outcome of a game, sometimes in order to win the championship is easy to impulse, in the game action is too big or take foul action to maliciously hurt the other players[16]. Improve the moral quality of the athletes, avoid the behavior of the college football players acting too much or maliciously hurting the other athletes in the game, and reduce the probability of sports injury. The characteristics of football play lead to the sport being a high-risk sport[17]. Therefore, athletes must improve their awareness of self-protection. Living before the rematch, the warm-up activity and preparation exercise is not only to liberate the stiffness of the body, but also to improve the internal organs, muscles, ligaments, joints and surrounding tendons of the human body to adapt to the rhythm of the competition. Individual athletes should also specifically activate some parts of the body, especially the easily strained leg muscles, the original old injured parts[18–19].
Finally, football is equipped with a professional doctor present, and the athletes can get timely and scientific medical treatment[20]. After the athlete can receive systematic treatment and recovery, try to avoid secondary injury. Athletes' long-term time of training and competition is easy to occur physical fatigue, exercise ability to decline, muscle strain, which will greatly increase the probability of sports injury is born. Therefore, scientific monitoring and evaluation of physical health is particularly important. Timely feedback of athletes' physical conditions, make reasonable training and competition arrangements, dietary collocation and work and rest rules can only avoid the occurrence of sports injuries[21].
