The survival of prey predator food chain model in a toxin or contaminant environment is considered and discussed in this paper. The mathematical model is formulated with the help of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. Mathematical equations assume that the growth of prey species is negatively impacted by organisms and environmental toxins. The mathematical model is analysed by considering the Jacobian matrix and positive definite functions. The analytical conditions are supported by the numerical simulations and verify them in the bounded region.
