To improve the efficiency of mass transfer, a novel magnetic levitation platform is invented. A three-degree-freedom Lorentz bearing is used to realize 6-degree-freedom. The structure and work principle of the three-degree-freedom Lorentz bearing are introduced. A novel circular Halbach array planar motor is used to achieve axial and radial movement. The force model of the magnetic bearing and the planar motor are established. To improve the magnetic flux density at the air gap, a novel Halbach permanent magnetic array is invented. The model of the magnetic flux density is established. The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the magnetic flux density at the air gap. The maximum magnetic flux density is 385mT, which is 375mT in the normal array. An experimental prototype is manufactured. The stroke of the straight line is ± 2mm×±2mm×±1.5mm and the rotation stroke is ± 0.5°×±0.5°×±3°, which is improved about 1.5° in traditional magnetic levitation platform.
