Dual emission NaLaMgWO6:Mn4+,Tb3+ phosphors have been synthesized. Excited by 487nm, NaLaMgWO6:Mn4+,Tb3+ phosphor shows red Mn4+ emission and green Tb3+ emission. By adjusting the ratio of Mn4+/Tb3+ doping concentration, the phosphor can change its emssion color from red to green. Moreover, at a certain temperature the luminescence intensity ratio of Tb3+/Mn4+ exhibits a monotonic relationship with the excitation wavelength in the range of 293-348 nm, and under a certain wavelength excitation the luminescence intensity ratio of Mn4+/Tb3+ also shows a monotonic relationship with the temperature, making the phosphor possible to be used in optical temperature sensing and wavelength detection.
