The purpose of this study is to assess the development suitability and development pattern of Baishi Ling resource tourism in Qionghai, Hainan. The research methodology includes the construction of a four-dimensional influence system model (traffic dominance, population and economy, tourism location, and resource endowment), the use of the entropy weight method to assess the suitability of the Baishiling resource tourism development, and the use of ArcGIS software to visualize the analysis results. The results of the study show that Baishi Ridge resources are distributed in bands, the suitability scores fluctuate widely, and high value areas are initially formed. In addition, the cluster analysis showed that the degree of traffic dominance and tourism location had a greater influence on the resource sites. Ultimately, this study proposes a "one belt, two cores and three zones" tourism development model for Baishi Ling resources, which provides useful guidance and reference for the development of tourism in the area.
