The objective of this paper is to study the interactions between “the quality of governance”, “entrepreneurship”and “economic growth” according to the examination of the direct and indirect impacts of the quality of governance on economic growth through the indicator of total entrepreneurial activity. Early entrepreneurial “Total early stage entrepreneurial activity” noted (LNTEA) and entrepreneurial activities on growth through the governance quality indicator “governance quality indicator” noted (QGI). We introduce a conditional information matrix to control the variables that affect long-term economic growth, namely “rated economic growth (GDP) over the period 1996-2019 for the MENA region.
