This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines in the Declaration of Helsinki, and all procedures involving human subject data were approved by the Drexel University Institutional Review Board (protocol code 1612005035, approval date February 6, 2017). We didn’t obtain informed consent because we used secondary data obtained as public dataset.

MFP, DAS, and VPM developed the query tool for data acquisition from Google Maps and implemented a programmatic procedure to process and classify food establishments.
